This is an easy and delicious go to recipe to have in your recipe box. You will never again need to purchase jarred sauce that is full of sugar and preservatives. I always make a large batch to feed an army, or to freeze some for use on one of those busy soccer nights. 21 Day Fix APPROVED – Easy Marinara Sauce:
Use your green container to portion out this sauce when active in your 21 Day Fix rounds. If you have more than one green container left in your allotment for the day enjoy two servings! Eating your veggies was never so good!
You can use this sauce for so many things. For those following a paleo diet you can layer it over green beans with a bit of parmesan. Or pair with spaghetti squash which I love. Add your favorite meat , or meatballs (I like to use Turkey Meatballs) to your already prepared sauce for a well rounded meal. Another idea is to layer with noodles or veggies for a vegetarian lasagne. The possibilities really are endless.
This recipe is definitely a keeper ,whether you are on the 21 Day Fix or not.
